Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AFTER FREE TRIAL

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the Free Trial period. After Free Trial, you credit card on file will be charge.

REFUND POLICY

If you want to cancel your subscription, please informed us 3 open days before renewal.
If you want to cancel your appointment, please informed us 1 open day before appointment.
If you want to get a refund after a credit card payment is proceed, please note that you’ll receive a partial refund equal to the amount you paid minus 3.5% +$0.30 in your initial currency. This is to cover the transaction fee we paid on initial charge. The payment processor does not refund initial transaction fee to merchant.
